Introduzi a quinoa e o trigo sarraceno, que são cereais com um melhor valor nutricional, e também as sementes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para além disto, reduzi a quantidade de fermento fresco pois 1/4 do cubo é suficiente para que o pão levede, não ficando demasiado alto. Isto também tem que ver com o tempo em que o pão está levedar, que pode mudar consoante o programa ou a máquina que use.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Já o fiz várias vezes e gosto bastante, experimentem!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;650 mL de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1/4 de embalagem de fermento fresco Levital&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 colher de sopa de óleo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;225 g de farinha Schär Mix B&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;225 g de farinha  &lt;a href="http://www.schaer.com/fr/produits-sans-gluten/brot-mix-dunkel/"&gt;Schär Brot-Mix Dunkel&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;25 g de flocos de trigo sarraceno&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;25 g de flocos de quinoa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 colher de chá de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;50 g de sementes (uso de sésamo, linhaça e chia)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar a água na forma e dissolver o fermento. Adicionar o óleo. Misturar as farinhas com os flocos e colocar sobre a água. Assim que descobri esta receita de muffins decidi que tinha de experimentar, porque levam pouco açúcar e a farinha é integral, o que os faz serem mais amigos "da linha" que as receitas comuns. :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;225 g de farinha integral &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(usei 125g de Brot Mix Dunckel Schär + 100g de Mix Dolci Schär)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó SG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;25 g de açúcar mascavado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;100 g de alperces secos, picados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 banana, reduzida a puré&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 colher de chá de casca de laranja, finamente ralada &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(usei limão, não tinha laranjas :/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;300 mL de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 ovo, batido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;3 colheres de sopa de óleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;2 colheres de sopa de flocos de aveia sem glúten (vende-se &lt;a href="http://www.superbio.pt/categoria/cereais-pequeno-almoco-e-sementes/produto/flocos-de-aveia-sem-gluten-hale-hearty-325g_927.aspx"&gt;aqui&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;doce ou mel para servir &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;(não usei)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1. Aqueça previamente o forno a 200ºC e coloque 10 forminhas de papel para dentro de formas de &lt;i&gt;muffin&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;2. Peneire a farinha e o fermento para uma tigela, incorpore o açúcar e os alperces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;3. Faça uma coa no centro da mistura anterior e coloque dentro dela a banana, o leite, o óleo, a casca de limão e o ovo batido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;4. Deixo-vos a receita e incentivo a que façam porque é mesmo muito bom! =)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;6 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;250g de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 tablete de chocolate de culinária (200g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;125g de margarina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;100g de fécula de batata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;100 mL de leite (para a cobertura)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Bata as gemas com o açúcar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Reserve cerca de 1/4 do chocolate para a cobertura (uso chocolate da Nestlé e deixo 3 filas, ou deja, 15 quadradinhos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Leve o restante chocolate ao lume com a margarina, até derreter e adicione às gemas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Peneire a farinha com o fermento para o peparado anterior e adicione as claras batidas em castelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Leve ao forno em forma redonda durante cerca de 40 min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Retirar do forno e após o bolo arrefecer, preparar a cobertura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Derreter o restante chocolate com o leite, mexendo sempre. A receita de hoje veio na revista da Schär (Yourlife).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;O pão ficou mas baixo no meio, como podem ver nas fotos. Não sei porque é que isto acontece, mas já tenho feito várias receitas e umas vezes fica melhor que outras... O pão leveda bem mas quando começa a cozer baixa. A esta hora já não devo ter ninguém que venha ver o meu blogue, já não escrevo há tanto tempo! Bata bem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Junte o chocolate picado e misture.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Divida a massa pelas formas, coloque um quadradinho de chocolate inteitro dentro da massa, em cada uma das forminhas e leve ao forno durante 30 minutos. Deixar arrefecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Em banho-maria, bater os ovos, as gemas, o açúcar e a pitada de sal até obter um creme esbranquiçado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Arrefecer o creme sobre um recipiente com égua fria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Bater as natas até prenderem. João, no Porto, que alerta: &lt;b&gt;“A única forma de tratar a doença celíaca é retirar o glúten da alimentação”&lt;/b&gt;. O intestino é o lesado. Quanto mais tempo demora o diagnóstico, mais este órgão é afectado pela ingestão de alimentos com esta proteína. No limite pode mesmo levar a outro tipo de intolerâncias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nos restaurantes toda a atenção é pouca!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Quem estiver proibido de comer massas e pão vê a sua tarefa de jantar e almoçar fora mais complicada. O celíaco tem de evitar, por exemplo, alimentos que tenham sido preparados com farinha ou molhos que contenham glúten. Quem tem poucos recursos, enfrenta maiores dificuldades em adquirir alimentos apropriados à dieta por serem de custo elevado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filipe Gomes, estudante da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto, descobriu ter sido um dos afectados aos 18 anos em altura de exames nacionais. Para o jovem, líder do “Sem Espiga”, grupo de informação sobre a doença celíaca, foi a nível social que sentiu mais dificuldades. Peneirar a farinha para uma tigela e fazer uma concavidade no meio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2. Deitar o açúcar, o ovo, a margarina e o açúcar baunilhado na concavidade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3. Amassar os ingredientes rapidamente com as mãos e formar uma bola.
